Key Account Manager (Spirit Sales) - Bristol

Salary £28 - 34k depending on experience + Bonus : 10% based on performance

Car Allowance.

Non-negotiable
At least 3 years of industry experience (spirits).
Full Driving Licence
Degree Qualified or Calibre
Key Skills; Spirit Sales Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development, Degree, Written (Email / Powerpoint) and Oral.

Outstanding Organisational skills
Must be able to organise own diary and plan call/journey cycle effectively.
Working unsupervised and with complete integrity is a pre-requisite.
Commercially Astute - Commercial/ Selling / Customer Management
Must be able to manage a range of customers across On-Premise (Bar / Pub Groups), Specialist Retail and Wholesale.
Negotiate effectively with customers to ensure optimum profile and return for our Brands (new listings, visibility, promotional support).
Assessment of commercial proposals from customer's ensuring optimum return for the company.
Fantastic Interpersonal / Communication skills
Able to communicate effectively using a variety of formats : Written (Email / Powerpoint) and Oral.
Totally confident interacting and presenting to a variety of different audiences.

Passionate about Spirits
Maybe someone that has previous experience of managing a bar and then moved into a sales role, but still is really passionate about drinks.
Extremely outgoing, and resilient
Knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for the Spirits industry is a must.
Positive and determined mindset.
Beating sales targets and understanding the needs of the customer in a Sales role is essential so must be driven / highly motivated.
Must be extremely passionate about working in a customer facing Sales role and can express this in day-to-day activity.
Ideally the candidate would be based in Bristol.

Working Hours
40 hours per week
9.30-6
Some evenings and weekends.
